Randy L. Hill

Randy L. Hill is a Partner at Opportune LLP with oversight of the firm’s Dallas office. Randy is a seasoned professional services executive with vast experience serving Fortune 500 energy, chemical, transportation entities, and other commercial entities. Before Opportune, Randy was a Partner in KPMG LLP’s audit business. During his more than 37-year tenure at KPMG, Randy amassed extensive experience in the development of various skills from working with Fortune 500 boards, corporate governance matters, advising on mergers and acquisition transactions, advising clients on complex audit and accounting matters involving GAAP and PCAOB standards, and assisting clients on capital market transactions. In addition, for almost a decade, Randy led the KPMG Dallas office audit practice where he was responsible for all performance aspects of the practice. Randy retired from KPMG in March 2021.

Randy holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
