Tamya Ticconi

Tamya Ticconi is a dedicated professional currently serving as a Practicum Student at Cove Behavioral Health, where responsibilities include providing HIV/Hep C counseling, educational resources, and health communication strategies. Previously, Tamya held roles as a Family Engagement Specialist and Pregnancy Support Specialist under Family Treatment Services and the Zero Exposure Project, focusing on client needs, community reintegration, and promoting substance-free pregnancies. As Advocacy Coordinator at the Maternal & Child Health National Network and former President of Planned Parenthood Generation Action USF Tampa, Tamya has led impactful initiatives in reproductive and sexual healthcare advocacy. Tamya holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of South Florida and is pursuing a Master of Public Health at Florida International University.
