DacForge is the operating brand of Digital Active Consulting DOOEL, a principal-led software studio founded in December 2024 and registered in Ohrid, North Macedonia. The studio works remote-first with clients across Europe and North America and operates with a small core team plus a trusted network of senior engineering collaborators.

Services fall into three lines. Build covers custom software consulting for small businesses and product development studio engagements for founders, taking an idea from scope to a shipped product with a specific end date built in. Team extension places a senior engineer directly into a client's existing backend, frontend, or full-stack team, working on the same backlog and writing code behind the same review gates. Tooling and automation covers the infrastructure, deployment, CI, and AI automation work that small teams usually cannot spare the cycles for, with particular depth in self-hosted platforms and open-source alternatives to Heroku, Vercel, and hosted CI.

Engagements are scoped as fixed outcomes rather than billed hourly, priced on value, and handed over with runbooks the client team can operate without the studio in the room. DacForge also publishes technical writing at dacforge.com/blog, with every public page also available as plain markdown so language models can cite the studio's work accurately. The studio serves clients primarily in the software, SaaS, and small business sectors, and takes on a small number of engagements each quarter to keep craft quality consistent.
