David Sandvig, CTFA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David is currently serving as the SVP Chief Strategy Officer at Dacotah Bank since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of SVP Chief Relationship Officer at the same company from an unspecified date until February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Marketing Coordinator at Northwestern Supply Company from 2001 to 2002 and as a Career Services Marketing Coordinator at St. Cloud State University from 1999 to 2001.

David Sandvig, CTFA, attended Cannon Institute of Higher Learning from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a graduate degree in Trust and Financial Services. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies and Graphic Design from St. Cloud State University, graduating in 2001. In 1998 and 1999, they studied General Studies at Montana State University-Bozeman. Additionally, in August 2017, they obtained the CTFA certification from the American Bankers Association.
