Janelle Symens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various roles, particularly in business intelligence and office management. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Specialist at Dacotah Bank since January 2023, Janelle previously held the position of Business Office Manager at Haar Plumbing & Heating from October 2018 to January 2023. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Conduent as a Functional Analyst lasted from June 2008 to July 2018. Janelle's career began as an Enterprise Resource Planning Software Analyst at Student Loan Finance Corporation from January 2005 to June 2008 and included diverse roles at Expetec Technology Services, where responsibilities encompassed CRM administration and marketing. Early career experiences at Aberdeen Chrysler Center, Inc. and Wells Fargo provided foundational skills in customer service and management. Janelle attended Black Hills State University from 1986 to 1987.
