Jessica Haas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and military administration. Currently serving as the Talent Management Administrator at Dacotah Bank since August 2022, Jessica brings a strong background from the US Army, where a tenure from June 2013 to November 2022 included roles as an Ammunition Specialist and Army Reserve Administrator. Key responsibilities in military roles involved overseeing logistics, staff coordination, training implementation, and processing personnel actions for over 130 soldiers. Additional experience includes positions at Wells Fargo as an Inbound Sales Specialist and at Discovery Benefits, where Jessica progressed from Participant Services Specialist to Supervisor, emphasizing customer service, training development, and operational improvements. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from South Dakota State University.
