Dactic by Valere is an AI-powered knowledge capture and data enrichment platform that extracts undocumented tribal knowledge from employees through intelligent interviews, transforming it into structured, reusable intelligence.

By capturing what exists only in people's heads, Dactic solves the fundamental gap preventing enterprises from making AI work for their unique operations. Unlike approaches that scrape existing documentation, Dactic captures operational reality at scale — reducing knowledge capture time from weeks to days while creating enterprise-specific training data for differentiated AI capabilities. The platform enriches data so every AI model becomes more accurate and trustworthy, while safeguarding against critical knowledge loss from employee turnover.

The result: enterprises gain the proprietary foundation to move beyond generic AI outputs and unlock real business value from their AI investments.
