Women go through our 60-Day Accelerator — a cohort-based program that builds real skills and ends with a guaranteed connection to a paying client. Once they graduate, their profile lives in our talent marketplace where businesses find, hire, and work with vetted Dadas on real projects.

Our creative agency runs alongside the platform — delivering brand strategy, campaigns, annual reports, and visual identity for NGOs, UN organisations, and global clients. Work that is genuinely world-class, created by African women.
