Syed Hayat

Syed Hayat's work experience includes serving as the Managing Partner at Bencha Capital, LLC, where they invested in and started up For-Profit Social Enterprises. Syed also worked as a Founding Partner at South Asian CDPAP and as the CEO at Diversity Care Management. In addition, they co-founded Hustle & Grind Coffee and served as the CFO. Previously, they held roles as the CEO of DADA Home Care/Family Wellness Program and Diversity Care Staffing, as well as the Administrator at All Care Living Assistance Services. Syed started their career at Asian Community Care Management as the HR & Assistant Operations Director.

Syed Hayat completed their education in the following sequence:

- From 2016 to 2019, they studied at Montefiore School of Nursing and earned a degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse (RN).

- From 2008 to 2012, they attended Hunter College and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.

- From 2004 to 2008, they went to Manhattan Center for Science and Mathematics, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Math and Science.
