Kerryn Wotton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the charity sector and social purpose organizations. Currently serving as Interim CEO at Dads Unlimited and as a consultant for KECO, Kerryn has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hardman Trust and Chair of The Board of Trustees at Recoop. Previous roles include Director of Operations and National Service Delivery Manager at Shannon Trust, and various management positions at WDP, where Kerryn led national reintegration programs and developed training initiatives. Kerryn holds an MSc in Voluntary Sector Management from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Solent University, supplemented by comprehensive educational background in psychology and media studies.

Dads Unlimited is an award-winning charity that supports the emotional safety of men and those they care about. We support the wellbeing of Dads through family separation with one-to-one mentoring, helping them to achieve a positive ongoing relationship with their children, reducing parental conflict and improving co-parenting relationships. We support male-victims of Domestic Abuse in Kent and Medway to provide them with emotional and practical support, to reduce risk, increase safety, and to protect them and their families from harm. We challenge attitudinal and societal barriers to meaningful fatherhood and positive masculinity.
