Sandro Guidetti is an experienced HMI expert at Daedalean AI since October 2022, focusing on enhancing collaboration between humans and aviation autonomy systems through advanced machine learning techniques. Previous roles include lecturer in aviation management at the American University in Switzerland, chief examiner and licensing flight inspector at the Federal Office of Civil Aviation Switzerland, and flight operation manager at Air Glaciers. Sandro possesses a strong academic background with a Master of Science in Human Factors in Aviation from Coventry University and a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law from the University of Salford, supplemented by various engineering qualifications. With over a decade engaged in human factors and diverse aviation roles, Sandro has established expertise in aircrew licensing, flight operations, and instructional capabilities.
