Maria Lesk is a prominent professional in the gaming industry, currently serving as a Women in Games Ambassador since October 2023, advocating for gender equality within the sector. As Localization Director at Daedalic Entertainment GmbH since March 2013, Maria manages localization processes for both in-house and external projects, ensuring effective communication and implementation of localization strategies. Additionally, Maria has held the position of Head of Customer Support, overseeing customer interactions and support initiatives. Maria's journey at Daedalic began with roles as a QA Tester, Video Editor, and Event Camerawoman, providing a strong foundation in quality assurance and customer engagement.
