Nitesh (Tesh) Srivastava

Nitesh (Tesh) Srivastava is an experienced leader in the FinTech industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Daedalus since April 2022, where the focus is on transforming innovative ideas into successful businesses. As a FinTech Advisor from September 2023, Nitesh collaborates with various accelerators, including Hotbed, to support startup development. Prior to this, Nitesh co-founded and served as CEO of Wathe from November 2019 to February 2022, launching SME Lending and Analytics, and raising £500k before closing the venture due to challenges posed by the pandemic. Nitesh has also held roles as a FinTech Product Consultant, COO at Tallysticks, and AI Consultant/ML Product Manager at KPMG UK, where contributions spanned from product development to operational consultancy for major financial institutions. Nitesh holds a BA in French and German from UCL, a Certificate in Business Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and completed coursework in Statistics at The London School of Economics.
