Jonas Reinecke

Jonas Reinecke has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Chief of Staff at Daedalus, a company focused on building advanced factories for precision components. Prior to that, they worked at A.T. Kearney as part of the management consulting team, specifically on projects for automotive OEMs. During their time at ROLEX, they served as a Project Manager, leading the development of a more efficient energy injection mechanism for future watch models. Jonas successfully achieved a 90% reduction in the core KPI and implemented the mechanism in all new watches. Additionally, Jonas Reinecke served as a Board Member at PionierGarage and gained engineering experience as an intern at Peter Huber Kältemaschinenbau AG.

Jonas Reinecke completed their Master of Science degree in Management, Technology and Economics at ETH Zürich from 2017 to 2019.
