Eelco van Veen

Eelco van Veen has a diverse work experience, primarily in the automotive industry. Eelco started their career in 1986 as a Research Consultant at TNO Science and Industry. In 1990, they joined DAF Trucks NV as an Information Manager for Product Development and later moved on to become the Director of Information Management and Information Technology. Eelco then served as the Director of Trucks Logistics for eight years before taking on the role of Director of DAF Netherlands and Scandinavia. From 2013 onwards, Eelco held the position of Managing Director for Fleet Sales, Electric Trucks, Commercial Services, Components, and Military at DAF Trucks NV.

Eelco van Veen completed a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Management Information Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology between 1987 and 1991. Eelco also obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the same university from 1980 to 1986. Additionally, they attended Nyenrode Business University for an Advanced Management Program in 2005-2006, although the specific degree earned is not provided.
