Reetika Bahl has demonstrated substantial expertise in software engineering through various roles at Daffodil Software since November 2021. As an Associate, Reetika led frontend development for a significant client project, enhancing performance and expediting deployment timelines by 30%. Reetika effectively managed multiple client-facing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and positive client feedback. Previously, as a Jr. Associate, contributions were made to a large-scale Angular project, providing high-quality features and participating in code reviews and performance optimization. Initial training as a Jr. Associate - SE Trainee involved hands-on experience with web development technologies and version control.
