Aishwarya Rana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aishwarya began their career at Accenture in 2006 as an Analyst, where they worked until 2009. In 2010, they joined KHUSHII NGO as a Senior Manager in Marketing and Communications, holding that role until 2012. Aishwarya then moved to DAG as an Art Advisor from 2012 to 2016, before assuming the role of VP - Creative and Digital until 2019. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Website - Project Lead at DAG, and starting in 2023, they will take on the position of Vice President Art Advisory. Overall, Aishwarya has demonstrated expertise in art advisory, marketing, communications, and project management.

Aishwarya Rana completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History at Sri Venkateswara University from 2000 to 2003. Aishwarya then pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development at Oxford Brookes University from 2004 to 2006.
