Ridla Qithfirul Azis

Ridla Qithfirul Azis has work experience in various companies and roles. In 2018, they worked as an Assistant Legal Counsel at Pusat Advokasi Hukum dan HAM (PAHAM) Jawa Tengah for a month. In 2021, they joined Shopee as a Recruiter, where they managed recruitment efforts and resolved employee relations issues. Ridla Qithfirul also developed HR strategies and practices and coordinated logistic field activities. Later in the same year, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Shopee, where they continued to oversee recruitment, improve staff-employer relations, and participate in internal promotion assessments. In 2022, Ridla Qithfirul Azis joined Dagangan as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Ridla Qithfirul Azis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, completing their education from 2014 to 2019.
