Previous roles include various positions at IDDEC, Novo Nordisk, and Laboratoires Expanscience, where responsibilities spanned teaching, process engineering, and project methods. Anne-Sophie holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Procédés / Qualité from École de Biologie Industrielle and has a background in life sciences from Université de Tours.
