Jeff David has extensive experience in operations and technology management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President at DAGER Technology, LLC since July 2010, focusing on technical support for government clients in operational test and evaluation, ECM, and counter-IED efforts. Prior roles include Manager at National Security Technologies, where responsibilities involved technology development for bomb technicians, and Director for Technology at the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office, supervising technical teams in various security disciplines. Jeff also held significant positions in the Department of Homeland Security, including Deputy Director, and in prior roles at the Office of Special Technology and Naval EOD Technology Center, contributing to explosives detection and research and development projects. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
