Laura Kazlauskaite is a skilled engineering professional with experience in process engineering and project management. Currently serving as a PLM Student Assistant at ICEpower Audio, Laura previously worked at Siemens Gamesa from February 2020 to July 2024 as a Process Engineer and Student Worker, where responsibilities included driving new product introduction projects, defining assembly sequences for offshore turbines, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Additionally, Laura gained valuable experience as a Project Engineering Intern at Nordic Folkecenter for Renewable Energy, where a comprehensive report on small wind turbine construction was created, market research conducted, and a prototype built while leading an international team. Laura is pursuing a Master's degree in Software Design at IT-Universitetet i København, following a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Engineering from VIA University College. An exchange semester in Mechanical Engineering was completed at the University of Nottingham Malaysia and the International Baccalaureate was obtained prior.
