Laura Marie Larsen

Laura Marie Larsen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Koncern HR-direktør for Dagrofa ApS since April 2019, Larsen is responsible for overseeing the entire HR function and is a member of the executive management team. Previous roles include Head of People & Culture at ISS A/S, Group HR Director at Conaxess Trade, and HR Director at YouSee, among others. Larsen has a strong background in strategic HR functions, talent development, employer branding, and organizational analysis, complemented by a solid educational foundation, including a Cand.comm. degree in Psychology & Communication from Roskilde University and various executive training programs.
