Dwayne Ray

Dwayne Ray is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical engineering. Currently serving as a Developer Success Engineer at Dagster Labs since April 2025, Dwayne previously held roles at Domino Data Lab from May 2021 to April 2025, advancing from Senior Customer Success Engineer to Senior Solutions Engineer and then to Solutions Engineer. Key responsibilities included driving adoption of Domino Cloud, managing customer training, performing upgrades, and facilitating migrations. Prior to this, Dwayne worked at Hyland from December 2014 to May 2021 as a Technical Sales Enablement Engineer and Support Engineer, where skills in Docker, Python, and AWS were applied. Dwayne's career began as a Support Engineer Co-op at SAP SE from January 2012 to December 2014 and included a period as a self-employed Computer Repair Technician from May 2009 to December 2011. Dwayne holds a BBA in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University, earned in 2015.
