Billy Ma is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in architecture and software design, currently serving as Senior Manager of Architecture at Dah Sing Bank since February 2022. Previous roles include Enterprise Software Architect at Melco Resorts & Entertainment and System Analyst at Chong Hing Bank Limited, where Billy managed critical technology projects and drove digital innovation. A strong background in cloud technologies, mobile application development, and agile methodologies is evident from their tenure at Melco and earlier positions. Billy holds a B.BA in Marketing with Honours and a B.Eng. in Financial Engineering with Honors from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a certificate from the Stanford Ignite Innovation Program.
