Cale Valentine

Cale Valentine is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction project management. Currently serving as a Senior Construction Project Manager at Dahlgren Industrial since November 2011, Cale oversees large industrial and commercial projects, managing tasks such as design support, estimating, scheduling, and quality assurance. Prior to this role, Cale held positions including Project Manager and Construction Project Engineer at ERDMAN, where responsibilities included project administration and site safety management for a medical office building. Cale's earlier experience as a Site Safety Manager for Signature Safety involved consulting on safety practices. Cale holds a Master of Science in Architecture and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Architecture and Forest Products from the University of Idaho.
