Veronica Juarez is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in venture capital, social justice, and community development. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Dahlia VC since September 2023, Juarez is dedicated to empowering Latino tech innovators. As the Founder of arturo advisory, Juarez focuses on advancing social justice and equity. Recognition includes the GameChanger in VC Award at SXSW 2023 for supporting Latina(o) entrepreneurs and participation in VC Lab's prestigious Cohort 9. Previous roles include Scout at Lightspeed Venture Partners and various leadership positions at Lyft, where Juarez contributed significantly to enterprise growth and market expansion. Juarez began a career in public service as Deputy Chief of Staff for the Texas Senate and has held positions with the Hermann Park Conservancy and the Mayor's Office of Cultural Affairs in Houston. Educational credentials include a BA from Stanford University, an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, and a high school diploma from Phillips Exeter Academy.
