Noriyoshi Hosokawa

Noriyoshi Hosokawa currently serves as Line Manager and Head of the Innovation Acceleration Group at Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc., a role held since April 2020, focusing on leading innovation and digital collaboration projects. Previously, Hosokawa has held various positions at Dai-ichi Life, including Senior Assistant Manager in the Innovation Strategy Unit, where responsibilities included research and strategy development related to innovative initiatives. Prior to this, experience includes serving as Vice President at DLI North America Inc., where oversight of financials and support of market strategies in the US were key functions. Hosokawa began a career in financial planning at The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company and worked briefly as a Marketing Consultant at Scottish Widows. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Keio University.
