Nay Chi Su Mon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nay Chi Su Mon's tenure at Ooredoo Myanmar also included a role as High Value Acquisition/Digital services Senior Manager, where they were responsible for designing and building customer acquisition strategies in the prepaid business consumer segment. Nay Chi also formed partnerships with device original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and launched affordable 3G devices and entry-level smartphones. Nay Chi engaged leading brands like Apple and Samsung to launch high-end smartphones with exclusivity.

Prior to their time at Ooredoo Myanmar, Nay Chi Su Mon worked at UNIDO as a National Consultant, where they formulated a proposal for the Italian Myanmar program on fostering pro-poor and inclusive MSME development in Myanmar. Nay Chi played a role in promoting apps and building corporate branding among rural users.

Nay Chi Su Mon's earlier experiences include working as a Marketing Manager at ZTE Corporation and as an MBA Internship Trainee at Myint & Associates Co., Ltd.

Nay Chi Su Mon's education history includes a wide range of academic achievements. Nay Chi completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hitotsubashi ICS (Hitotsubashi University Business School) in the Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy in 2012-2013. Prior to that, they earned another MBA degree from Yangon Institute of Economics, Department of Management, in 2007. In 2000-2004, Nay Chi Su Mon pursued their Bachelor of Computer Studies (B.C.Sc) at the University of Computer Studies, Yangon. Additionally, they graduated from Dagon University in 1999-2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs. Nay Chi Su Mon also pursued various certificate courses: one in Basic Diplomatic Skills from the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and another in Myanmar Business Development from the United Nations.
