Vishal Chugh

Vishal Chugh has significant work experience in the insurance industry, primarily in managerial roles. Vishal is currently the Vice President and Head of Operations at Dai-ichi Life Insurance Myanmar since September 2022. Previously, they held various leadership positions at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, including Vice President of Operational Excellence & Distribution Operations and Vice President of Branch and Distribution Operations. Vishal also served as the Deputy Vice President of Claims, Distribution, and Central Operations, as well as Deputy Vice President of Process Excellence. Prior to that, they were a General Manager at PNB MetLife India Insurance and a Deputy General Manager at Lodha Group. Vishal'scareer began in 2003 at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance as a Senior Manager, where they worked for over a decade.

Vishal Chugh completed their EDP in Tranformational Leadership from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2021. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance, General from ICFAI Business School. In 1998, Vishal obtained a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom degree from SBRR Mahajana First Grade College, Jayalakshmipuram. Vishal completed their 12th Standard education in Business/Commerce, General from Marimallappa P.U. College in India in 1996. Lastly, Vishal finished their 10th Standard education in General Studies at St. Joseph's School, Mysore, from 1984 to 1996.
