Jordan Ernsberger

Jordan Ernsberger, MHRD, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at DNP Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd. since November 2023. Previously, Jordan held the position of People and Organization Specialist at IGM Resins from May 2022 to September 2023 and worked at DecisionPathHR as a Senior Recruiter from December 2020 to May 2022, advancing through various recruitment roles. Additional experience includes serving as Aquatics Coordinator at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte and Recreation Coordinator at Gaston Residential Services. Jordan earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Georgia Southern University.
