Alexander Kitain

Alexander Kitain currently serves as the Technical Director and Chief of Party for the USAID R4G Project at The Cadmus Group since January 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles at DAI as Team Leader for the EU PASEDE Project and previously as Chief of Party for the Revenue Generation for Governance and Growth Project. Alexander's career encompasses a range of senior advisory and expert positions in taxation and public finance management across various organizations, including DevTech Systems, Deloitte, and Adam Smith International. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's in Economics from the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam.
