Barbara Yale

Barbara Yale is an international development expert with extensive experience in project management and economic transformation. They worked as a consultant at The World Bank from 1996 to 2007, providing evaluations and assessments for various programs. They served as the Deputy Chief of Party at Chemonics International and have held leadership roles in multiple USAID-funded initiatives, including as Chief of Party for the USAID/Feed the Future Tajikistan Agriculture and Land Governance Activity since 2023. Barbara holds an IMBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Drew University.
