Beth van Gelder

Beth Van Gelder is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Systems and Data Strategy at DAI, Beth oversees technology and data roadmaps for the finance organization and is leading a significant project to replace existing ERP and HRIS systems. Prior roles include Senior Director of Financial Reporting, Planning and Analysis at DAI, where responsibilities encompassed corporate financial planning and compliance for a $700M corporation, and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at bluemercury, focusing on integration into a Fortune 500 company. Earlier experience at Vencore Inc. involved managing corporate restructuring projects and capital expenditure lifecycles, while significant contributions at Lockheed Martin spanned several financial roles, including Business Manager and Acting Controller of an international subsidiary. Beth holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Politics from Penn State University.
