Chrissy Hoffman

Chrissy Hoffman has over a decade of experience in finance and operations, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at DAI since August 2010. In this role, Chrissy has managed business process improvement projects and strategic initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency. Prior positions at DAI include Principal Business Systems Analyst, Start-up Specialist, Business Manager, and Opportunity Manager in Business Development. Before DAI, Chrissy worked as a Project Manager for the U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation and held a position at Sandia National Laboratories in Global Security Engagement. Early career experience includes serving as a Rule of Law Senior Program Assistant at the U.S. Institute of Peace. Chrissy holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Kent and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and French from The University of New Mexico.
