Gad Lutwama

Gad Lutwama is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Associate at DAI, currently involved in the USAID Feed the Future Inclusive Agricultural Markets Activity. Prior to this role, Gad served as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung, contributing to the development and management of the Commcare application for the TeamUp Uganda Program. Experience also includes serving as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer at Restless Development, where responsibilities encompassed program evaluation, data management, and stakeholder engagement. Gad has held earlier positions as a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant and Data Entry Clerk at Chemonics International, assisting with monitoring plans and data verification, as well as an intern at The Private Education Development Network. Gad holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University.
