Ingrid Kelling is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and policy within the seafood sector. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Heriot-Watt, Ingrid focuses on social sustainability in seafood supply chains and collaborates with various stakeholders to drive change through the Fair Food Hub. As Associate Director at DAI, Ingrid manages the £101 million Climate and Ocean Adaptation and Sustainable Transition programme, aimed at enhancing the resilience of vulnerable coastal communities. Previous roles include Development Director at the International Pole & Line Foundation, Fisheries Policy Analyst at the OECD, and a consultant for the WorldFish Center. Ingrid holds a PhD in Aquaculture and Marketing from the University of Stirling, an MPhil in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge, and a BA in International Relations-Management from the University of St Andrews.
