James Littleton

James Littleton serves as the Senior Director and Head of Conflict, Peacebuilding and Security Practice at DAI since September 2023. Previously, James held the position of Director of Programmes at Zinc Network from August 2022 to July 2023 and was the Head of Governance at Tetra Tech International Development Europe from January 2018 to September 2022. James has extensive experience in governance and democratic processes, having worked as a Governance Adviser at DAI and as the Chief Technical Advisor for the United Nations Development Program. Additional roles include serving as Pakistan Country Director for the International Republican Institute and as a political consultant. James holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations/Public Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
