Norberto Martinez

Norberto Martinez serves as the Country Director at DAI since August 2021, following a successful tenure as Project Manager for OECD affairs at the Inter-American Development Bank from July 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, Martinez held governance consulting roles at the World Bank Group and USAID, providing expert evaluation and advice on public service and institutional coordination. Martinez's earlier experience includes managing a significant urban development program at UN-Habitat and leading public policy initiatives at USAID. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Development from SOAS University of London, as well as master's degrees in Management of International Organizations and European Business from SDA Bocconi and ESCP Business School, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Kent.
