Philippe Chabot is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in climate change and sustainable development. Currently serving as Team Leader for the EU Global Support Facility for Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) at DAI since June 2022, Philippe previously held the position of Executive Director of the Climate Change Department at Cowater International from July 2015 to May 2022. In that role, Philippe coordinated various projects, including the AFD-financed Adapt’Action Facility and support services for executing agencies in climate project preparations. Philippe also has experience as Deputy Managing Director at GOPA Consulting Group and Operations Director at MWH, now part of Stantec. Philippe's educational background includes a Master's degree in Bio-Engineering from the University of Gembloux, a Master's in International Management, and an MBA in Renewable Energy from Beuth University of Applied Sciences, along with certifications in Climate Adaptation Finance and a current program in Artificial Intelligence at MIT Sloan School of Management.
