Ra'Fat Fadayel

Ra'fat Fadayel is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Finance, Grants & Compliance Director and Director of Finance and Operations for DAI, contributing to the Libya Local Governance & Civil Society Activity since March 2019. Fadayel has also held the position of Acting Director of Finance and Operations in Egypt on a short-term assignment. Prior roles include Closedown Specialist for USAID's Regional Agriculture Development Program in Afghanistan and Finance & Administration Manager for The USAID Compete Project. Fadayel's career in finance management began as a Finance Manager at MWH Americas Inc. and at ARD, focusing on financial operations and compliance. Fadayel holds an MBA from Birzeit University, where a Bachelor's degree in Accounting was also obtained.
