Tatiana Puscasu

Tatiana Puscasu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operational oversight in various humanitarian and development contexts. Currently serving as Principal Manager at DAI since November 2024, Tatiana previously held senior positions at Blumont, Inc., where responsibilities included managing the Syria humanitarian assistance portfolio. Other experiences include roles at Population Services International, where Tatiana focused on capacity building and financial management for projects in Central Asia and India, as well as positions at the International Economic Development Council. Tatiana holds a Master of Public Administration and a Master of Arts in International Development Studies from Ohio University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Universitatea de Stat din Moldova.
