Mike Ladd

Mike Ladd has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Mike started their career in 1978 as an Accounting Supervisor at Oxy, where they supervised a team and handled general accounting duties. In 1993, they joined Daikin America, Inc. as a Director of Administration. Their responsibilities included overseeing various departments such as accounting, information systems, purchasing, and human resources. In 1998, they became the Corporate Planning Manager at Daikin America, Inc. In this role, they focused on corporate strategy and planning. Later, they served as the Unidyne Business Manager, responsible for the Oil and Water Repellant Business across the Americas. Their most recent position at Daikin America, Inc. was as the Director of Administration, where they managed the administrative functions of the Decatur Plant. In 2018, they took on the role of Director of Compliance and Corporate Secretary, responsible for compliance, internal audit, corporate policies, and Board of Directors support.

Mike Ladd received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1978 to 1983. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Accountancy at The University of Tulsa from 1987 to 1989.
