Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at ABCO Refrigeration Supply Corp since January 2003, Charlie has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President and AVP of Operations, focusing on cost reduction, production maximization, and excellent customer service. Prior experience includes positions such as General Manager of Distribution and Logistics and Inventory Manager at Kmart Corporation, as well as Transportation Manager at Walmart. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Kaplan University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
