Alena Lou

Alena Lou is currently the IT Business Assistant Manager at Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where Alena plays a key role in leading digitization and digitalization programs. Prior to their current role, Alena held positions at Linaco Group as an IT Business Senior Analyst and Business Development, where Alena focused on improving work efficiency and monitoring production output. Alena also has experience in product development and quality control from previous internships. Alena holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from UNSW.
