Lim Xiang Sheng

Lim Xiang Sheng (Patrick) currently serves as a Senior Executive in Training & Development at Daikin Malaysia Sdn Bhd since March 2022, specializing in designing and developing training programs and creating eLearning courses using Articulate 360. Previously, Lim held the position of Executive in Training & Development at Daikin, coordinating with external trainers and managing compliance training. Earlier experience includes working as an Executive in Research & Development at Performance Development Consultants Sdn Bhd, leading training program organization and collaborating with clients to fulfill their training needs. Lim also served as an Assistant in Research & Development, where responsibilities included intern tasks related to training program drafts and digital marketing. Lim holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from HELP University, completed in August 2021, and a Foundation in Arts from the same institution, finished in May 2018.
