Dave Gregson

Dave Gregson has over 20 years of experience in human resources, starting as an HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca in 1997. Dave has held various leadership roles in HR, including Head of HR & Training at Lloyds TSB Autolease, Head of HR at Hastings Direct, and Head of HR Operations at Skandia. Dave also has experience as an interim HR consultant at esure and London United Ltd. Dave's most recent role was as Head of HR at Daikin Airconditioning UK Ltd, where they have been since 2015. Dave has a particular expertise in HR strategy and leadership and has worked both in the UK and Europe.

Dave Gregson obtained a CIPD diploma in the field of study from the University of West London from 1991 to 1992. In addition, they completed an Accounting Foundation degree at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1982 to 1983.
