Morgan McDermott

Morgan McDermott has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. They are currently serving as the CTO & Co-Founder at Daily, where they are responsible for building and implementing AI-based systems and machine learning models. Morgan is also leading a talented tech team.

Prior to Daily, Morgan worked as a Freelance Machine Learning Engineer, taking up various projects related to price prediction, satellite telemetry analysis, and focusing on Natural Language Processing, time-series analysis, and Machine Vision.

In the past, Morgan also served as the CTO at Signal, where they held a leadership role from January 2017 until June 2021. Before that, they co-founded Kaleidos L.L.C. and worked alongside the team from August 2014 to December 2015.

Morgan McDermott attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
