Ilham Saydna has extensive experience in community engagement and program analysis. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Daily Bread Food Bank since November 2014, Ilham previously worked as an Analysis, Planning, and Evaluation Expert at Consulting for Adaptation from September 2011 to November 2014. Prior experience includes a role as an Outreach/Community Engagement and Settlement Counselor at Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services from November 2009 to April 2011, and serving as the Gender and Diversity Coordinator at CARE from July 2007 to March 2009. Ilham holds a Master's degree in Gender and the Environment from York University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.

Daily Bread Food Bank works toward long-term solutions to end hunger and poverty and runs innovative programs to support individuals living on low incomes and experiencing food insecurity. Daily Bread distributes fresh and shelf-stable food and fresh-cooked meals to 128 member agencies and 193 food programs across Toronto. Daily Bread also publishes the influential Who's Hungry report — an annual survey measuring trends in food insecurity and poverty in Toronto — to educate the public and spark policy change.
