Jay O. is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Office of Management and Enterprise Services since July 2024, with a strong background in employee experience and recruitment. Previously, Jay served as a Senior Employee Experience Partner at Carbon from March 2022 to August 2023, contributing to their mission of enhancing 3D printing capabilities. Prior to this, Jay worked at Jump Associates from October 2018 to March 2022 as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiting and Onboarding Lead, focusing on full-cycle recruiting and enhancing candidate experiences. Earlier roles included Recruiting Coordinator at SpringboardVR, Director of Customer Success (Contract) at the same company, Customer Success Manager at Conexient, and Loan Officer at Alliance Mortgage Company, demonstrating a diverse skill set spanning talent acquisition, customer success, and relationship management. Jay holds a degree from the University of Oklahoma.

Daily Dose is the UK’s leading cold pressed juice manufacturer. George founded Daily Dose in 2016, after he discovered the mighty power of juice on his drastic weight loss journey. After shedding a massive 5 stone, he embarked upon a trip to LA that both ignited his love for cold pressed juice and revealed a gap in the British market. Whilst sourcing produce George rapidly discovered the vast volume of produce wasted daily due to the produce not conforming to the supermarket’s strict criteria on shape and size. This revelation prompted George’s commitment to fighting the food-waste epidemic by using wonky produce to make our juices. Fast forward to 2022 and we are rescuing tonnes of wonky produce every day. At the other end of production, our leftover juice pulp is turned into bioenergy. Every step of our process is designed to help us achieve our waste goals.
