Heather Dewar

Heather Dewar is a highly experienced sports journalist and advocate for women's sports. Currently serving as a Trustee for Scottish Women in Sport and as a Director for the Scottish Football Supporters Association, Heather has built a distinguished career at BBC Scotland since 2008, specializing as a Sports Reporter and previously as a Women's Sport Reporter. Additionally, Heather hosts the podcast "FAIR PLAY: The Women in Sport Show" on BBC Sounds and has contributed to various BBC programs. With a background in journalism that includes roles at the Daily Mail and Olympic Broadcasting Services, Heather combines impressive broadcasting skills with a strong educational foundation, holding degrees in French and History of Art from Edinburgh University and Ecole Du Louvre, Paris.
